WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, subject to certain conditions.

Information on the withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you takes or has taken possession of the goods.

When do you have the right of withdrawal?

When you purchase a physical product or a subscription to a magazine on the Internet.
Provided that the specific conditions are met, you may cancel your purchase at no cost other than those set out in paragraph 3 and without giving any reasons.

When do you not have the right of withdrawal?

When you buy a single issue of a magazine in digital or paper format. The press does not have a right of withdrawal.
When you buy an online course, training course or tutorial, as the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts ‘For the supply of digital content without a physical medium’.
When you purchase a physical product at a market, trade fair, shop or directly from the French Polymer Clay Society (Société Francophone d’Argile Polymère). As the sale is a direct sale and not a distance sale, the withdrawal period does not apply.

When does the right of withdrawal take effect?

The right of withdrawal is effective on the date you take possession of the product from the French Polymer Clay Society (Société Francophone d’Argile Polymère). In other words, on the date of receipt of the product. This right lasts for 14 calendar days.

How do you use your right of withdrawal?

You may withdraw from the contract by sending the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page to contact@patepolymere.com, indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract, completed and signed, together with a copy of your invoice, before the 14-day period has expired. You must then return, at your own expense, the product purchased in its original condition and packaging, in perfect condition for resale and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. On receipt of the product, if it meets the criteria set out in paragraph 6, you will be refunded the price of the product excluding VAT. You are responsible for all shipping costs (‘going’ and ‘return’). For this refund, the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction will be used, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any compensation for this refund. The French Polymer Clay Society (Société Francophone d’Argile Polymère) undertakes to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of the goods if the return criteria are met.

Criteria for the right of withdrawal

The following criteria must all be met to qualify for the right of withdrawal:
– The product is still in its original packaging.
– The product has not been used or damaged in any way.
If it turns out that the product has been used, damaged in any way or is no longer in its original packaging, the right of withdrawal will be cancelled and the product kept by the French Polymer Clay Society (Société Francophone d’Argile Polymère) as compensation for attempted fraud.
